Manager, Infant and Family Development, Middlesex-London Health Unit

Leading a team of Family Home Visitors, who provide peer support to families with young children of diverse cultural, socioeconomic, educational, racial, and ethnic backgrounds, the IFD Manager will apply: current knowledge of public health and nursing principles and practices through completion of a B.Sc.N. with current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (other equivalent professional training may be considered); Masters training in Nursing, Education, Health, Social Work, or a related field with experience in evidence-based program development and evaluation and familiarity with adult learning principles; and, preferably, at least three years' experience managing people and resources. The ability to communicate in French or other languages would be considered an asset.
