Master's degree in health, social or behavioural sciences or equivalent education and experience. Several years demonstrated experience in program evaluation including design, implementation using a variety of methodologies, data management, and analysis and reporting. Proven capacity for critical and analytical thinking. Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate research, evaluation, findings and implications to a varied audience. Superior organizational, time management and planning skills. Up-to date knowledge of evaluation design, qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and analytic methods. Ability to work in a team environment with multi-disciplinary components, as well as working independently. Sound problem solving and judgment skills. Strong computing skills including word processing, database management, and statistical software. Experience with supportive care, cancer prevention, or tobacco control preferred. Ability to communicate in French an asset. This position is contingent upon funding.
