Do you know where your issue fits into Toronto's policy agenda? Are you up to speed with City Hall's complex decision-making framework? For an inside look at how policy and strategy are developed in the City of Toronto and to find out where and how you can make a difference, join us for this three-hour primer on municipal policy development.  We will start with a mapping exercise with handouts and resources which will help you deepen your understanding of municipal government and its decision-making processes.  A panel will then share examples of successful policy initiatives and look at the roles of the key players--individual councillors, civic staff and community organizations--in implementing policy changes at the municipal level.
