The Regent Park Community Health Centre (RPCHC) provides health promotion, community development and primary health services and programs to the diverse community in and around Regent Park. We are seeking a permanent, full-time
Director, Pathways to Education (TM)
You will provide leadership to this highly successful program that is designed to support youth and enhance their success in education and employment. You will be responsible for the continued success and evolution of this program including overall planning, development and implementation, liaison with funders, assisting with fundraising, ensuring continuous quality monitoring and improvement, and managing the program budget. As a member of the senior management team, you will cooperate in the overall strategic management and operations of a dynamic organization in an equally dynamic environment. A creative, thoughtful leader who understands community development and has experience working with marginalized populations, you are able to communicate effectively and are enthused about working in a very challenging and fulfilling setting. You have a graduate degree in a relevant field from a recognized university and 5 years' senior progressive management experience. Salary range $65K-$78K plus competitive benefits.
