This week's feature is contributed by Krissa Fay and describes the new Health Promotion Affiliate of the Canadian Health Network (CHN), which "will work collaboratively with CHN and the CHN affiliates to build the health promotion capacity of the CHN as a whole, including all of the Affiliate collections and messaging across the CHN website."

Children and Transportation--Resources for Creating Child-Friendly Cities

Funded by The Ontario Trillium Foundation, this project will produce Child Friendly Transportation Planning Guidelines as well as booklets on the topic aimed at parents, municipal staff and officials, public health officials and children.
