In today’s world of information overload, Plain English is your remedy for ensuring your target groups understand and are receptive to your written information, saving time, money and even lives. Whether your target group is the public, specific end-users, employees, or a professional group—low or high literacy—Plain English makes sure they can easily find the information they need, understand what they read, and use the information to meet their needs.
We’re looking for the “best of the worst” in terms of any of your organization’s information you think needs a Plain English Makeover. We will be awarding four regional winners in January 2010: Toronto, Waterloo region, National Capital Region, and the rest of Canada.
