CMHA, Ontario, is a provincial association, committed to promoting mental health and improving services and support for individuals with mental illness.
You will coordinate projects that appraise health service delivery approaches, identify options and monitor health system performance which focus on the planning of services and supports for people with a mental illness in the hospital, community mental health and primary health care sector. You will design and analyze surveys, as well as extract, analyze and report secondary data that supports the policy functions of the organization. You will prepare briefs, reports, submissions and presentations, and participate in provincial committees and work groups.
We are seeking an experienced individual with a post-graduate degree. A minimum of 5 years experience in health services research or health system /social planning,. Familiarity with provincial directions in health care reform in Ontario are required. Knowledge of advances in chronic disease management and integrated health system planning is preferred. Experience conducting projects and managing multiple tasks within established timelines in a team environment are required. Working knowledge of SPSS and Survey Monkey.
