Evaluation Coordinator--Evidence-Based Practice Unit, Ontario HIV Treatment Network

The Ontario HIV Treatment Network (OHTN) is a collaborative network of researchers, health service providers, policy makers, community members and people with HIV who work together to promote excellence and innovation in HIV treatment, research, education to improve the health and well being of people with HIV and contribute to HIV prevention efforts in Ontario.

The OHTN is seeking a highly qualified applicant for the position of Evaluation Coordinator in the Evidence-Based Practice Unit. The Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the development and dissemination of evaluation processes and tools to assist AIDS Service Organizations (ASOs) with their evaluation needs. The position will report to the Director, Evidence-Based Practice and will work closely with OHTN staff and members of the ASO community. This opportunity is a full-time contract position.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant education and experience with a minimum three years experience in an evaluation role. The person will be skilled in the use of applying tools to evaluate programs and practices in community-based service organizations. The candidate will also have success promoting the uptake of evaluation interventions to improve programs and services in community based organizations.
