This is an excellent opportunity to lead advanced analytical and survey initiatives that will inform a broad range of Primary Health Care stakeholders.
The Project Lead is a key member of the PHCi analysis, indicators reports, and surveys(AIRS) team. The Project Lead is responsible for ensuring that all analytical outputs and products produced by the AIRS team contain accurate and high quality data and results. This is achieved by working closely with the PHCi Project Lead – Reports and other members of the AIRS team and PHCi Branch, as well as with internal and external experts and teams. The Project Lead also has the opportunity to increase the use of vital PHC indicators by CIHI’s clients and using appropriate research methods to identify and develop PHC data collection tools for use in population and practice surveys. The Project Lead will also play a key role in coordinating the identification of policy-relevant PHC questions and corresponding analytical projects through an informative consultation process with both internal and external experts.
