Parks and Recreation Ontario is pleased to be able to provide you with new online courses that are a cost effective and flexible professional development opportunity for you, your staff or volunteers. Two course areas are offered which include Providing Quality Service (Customer Service) and Marketing Basics. Through these courses learn the core skills and latest trends you may need to strengthen not only your staff team and organization, but also your community as a whole.
Unlike traditional workshops, e-Learning is web-based and is available at any time and any place - all you need is a computer and access to the Internet. This approach allows you to work at your own pace and according to your individual schedule.
Courses can be taken as a bundle (Customer Service Module - 6 courses, Marketing Module - 4 courses) or individually.
