The South West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN), is one of 14 local organizations that have been created in Ontario to plan, coordinate and fund local health services, including hospitals, community care access centres (CCACs), long-term care homes, community health centres (CHCs), community support service agencies, and mental health and addictions agencies. The office of the South West LHIN is located in London, Ontario.

Office Coordinator

Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Services, the Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting corporate functions within the office, including human resource functions, organizational development, payroll and benefits administration, accounts payable processing, and policies and procedures related to the operations of the LHIN office. The Office Coordinator will also play a key role in coordinating procurement processes for the LHIN, and will work in conjunction with the LHIN Shared Services Office (LSSO).

ou must have excellent communications skills, committed to providing superior customer service and be a team player, as well as possess excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple demands. Education and/or equivalent experience in human resources and/or organizational development are essential. Experience with procurement practices of the public sector would be a definite asset. The successful candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills; strong computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint & Outlook); and the ability to perform various office administrative functions to support a busy team. Proficiency in French would be an asset.
