- To raise awareness of health inequities which stem from both the healthcare workplace and from the streets, and to provide information from a local, national and international perspective
- To address street health, medical issues and social issues and their effects on healthcare access and equity
- To address inequities that nurses face and to provide tools for effective responses
- To facilitate a strong nursing network in a local, national, and international context.
We believe that our symposium will strengthen awareness locally, nationally, and internationally and help give vision and purpose on the importance of health equity for all. INIG is proud to embrace an integrative approach to understand how the lives of members of society are affected by the quality of and access to healthcare.
