Do you run programs or Services and get questions about sex? Are you unsure of how to answer those questions or where to get resources?
This training introduces theories and concepts of the human sexuality and the factors that influence sexual development, sexual health and sexual activity. Learn how to answer commonly asked questions and how and where to refer youth for appropriate services. Recognize the importance of values, attitudes, and beliefs in teaching and learning about sexual health.
This training workshop is designed for staff or volunteers who work in educational, recreational, residential, health and community settings.
Refreshments will be served from 9:00 a.m.
Cost is $95 per person (5% discount to organizations that register three or more participants).
