Reporting to the Education & Information Team, Support Programs Supervisor, you will act as a resource on public health inspection practice and policy to Divisional Management and staff; provide recommendations based on data analysis, gap analysis and field audit observations; conduct field audits to determine adherence to standardized policies and procedures and makes recommendations to Divisional Management. You will also consult with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. other health units and the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care) and conduct research to gather information to ensure best practices are in place. As well, you will collect and analyze data on environmental health division (EHD) program indicators and make recommendations as required.
