Bilingual Receptionist, Middlesex-London Health Unit

Part-time position

The Middlesex-London Health Unit invites applications from experienced Receptionists with French Language oral and written skills at the intermediate level.  The successful candidate will perform a variety of duties, including greeting the public and providing information, operating the switchboard, handling mail and courier deliveries, and taking room bookings.  The successful candidate will work approximately four to five hours per day, and must have the flexibility to occasionally work seven hours to cover for vacation and other absences.

Candidates should be secondary school graduates with an additional year of administrative assistant studies.  Requirements also include previous experience working as a receptionist, strong computer skills, and excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Hourly rate from $19.47 to $24.34.  Part-time status with an additional 8% vacation pay and 10% in lieu of benefits and sick time.
