Librarian– KFL&A Public Health
Full Time (1.0 FTE)
KFL&A Public Health, an accredited local public health agency affiliated with Queen’s University, serves to promote and protect the health of the more than 180,000 residents of the Kingston, Frontenac, and Lennox & Addington area. The CQI and Central Resources Team has an immediate opening for a Librarian. The Librarian will responsible for planning, coordinating, administering and evaluating library and information services that support public health programs and services for the Shared Library Services Partnership.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Sciences, two years librarian experience, preferably within a health, education or research-focused environment and experience providing effective online searching services using both the bibliographic databases (MedLine, CINAHL, etc) and the Internet.
