This interactive course prepares health care providers with knowledge and skills to best assess and support the specific needs of clients from minority sexual orientations and gender identities

The courses are interactive one day educational events that draw upon participant's knowledge and experiences engaging in self-reflective practice around power relations and social factors linked to service provision as well as staff and team issues.

If you are a counsellor, intake worker, nurse, physician, therapist, human resources staff, community worker, or allied professionals who is working in the mental health and addiction fields, these courses may be good professional development opportunities for you and/or your teams.
