This one-day interactive workshop is specifically designed for evaluators who use facilitation in their work, whether leading project teams, chairing committee meetings, developing logic models, theories of change, evaluation questions, measurement and evaluation strategies, or working with stakeholder groups.
Participants will learn how to plan, manage, and conduct successful facilitations in their work. Tailored to evaluators, participants will have opportunities to practice facilitation, as well as receive feedback from their peers and the workshop leaders.
The workshop is delivered by Jennifer Birch-Jones and Judy Kent.
Target Audience: This workshop is specifically designed for evaluators working in the government and not-for-profit sectors who would like to enhance their facilitation competencies.
