For Supervisors, Managers, Executive Directors working in nonprofit organizations who have had little or no formal management training and are responsible for managing staff.  

Workshop participants will gain confidence in their role as manager; identify gaps in their management skill set; develop leadership styles to match the situation and the employee; learn key supervisory skills to effectively manage staff including, how to deliver clear direction and effective feedback, and successful delegation approaches and techniques; explore the sources of power inherent in a management position; and much more.
