Coordinator, Health Services--Communicable Diseases, Region of Peel

Provides coordination services to Immunization Clinics teams.  This includes:  vaccine and supplies management for clinics; moderate and frequent lifting of vaccine coolers and supply bins; scheduling of clinics and casual staff;  providing and communicating vendor schedule (i.e. vendor picking up vaccines at 7120 Hurontario St.); entering data and generating data reports; preparing standardized forms; creating and maintaining confidential client files; tracking and submitting program invoices including invoicing to the ministry for vaccine administration; preparing and submitting staff payroll; maintaining databases relevant to the work environment; creating work instructions relevant to program tasks; participation in team/sectional/divisional planning activities; responding to customer inquiries and sorting/distributing divisional mail; occasional travel required involving vaccine replacement at immunization locations across Peel; communicating with members of your team, the public, parents and the school community.  You will also act as back-up to other divisional support staff when required during a Communicable Disease emergency and perform other duties as assigned.
