KFL&A Public Health, an accredited local public health agency affiliated with Queen’s University, serves to promote and protect the health of the more than 180,000 residents of the Kingston, Frontenac, and Lennox & Addington area. KFL&A Public Health has an opening for a full time Manager, Information Technology & Information Management (IT/IM). Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services the Manager, IT/IM is responsible for providing leadership in the development of a strategic information technology and management function that supports the Organizational Standards and the organization’s strategic priorities.

We are looking for a strategic, proven leader to join our management team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree (Computer Science Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent), a relevant Master’s degree and IT certification(s), coupled with a minimum of five years progressive professional IT/IM experience, including experience implementing an IT/IM business model and managing human, fiscal and capital resources. Healthcare experience is an asset.
