KFL&A Public Health, an accredited local public health agency affiliated with Queen’s University, serves to promote and protect the health of the more than 180,000 residents of Kingston, Frontenac, and Lennox & Addington area. The Substance Misuse and Injury Prevention Team has an immediate opening for a Health Promoter. The Health Promoter will assess the need for health promotion, plan health promotion activities, and provide direct health promotion services in accordance with the Ontario Public Health Standards.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Health Education or equivalent and have experience in Health Promotion. Program planning experience is an asset.
