Join the Racialized Populations and Mental Health and Addictions community of interest (CoI)'s webinar to receive hands on coaching and support on how to use the Ontario Common Assessment of Need (OCAN) with racialized and other marginalized populations. The purpose of this session is to explain the importance of and strategies for using OCAN effectively in client interactions.

In this webinar you will learn how to:

  • Introduce the OCAN to clients;
  • Explain privacy and confidentiality of the tool; and
  • Use the OCAN as a guide for discussion, assessing needs, and goal-setting with racialized populations.
