Call for Abstracts--Canadian Association of Public Health Dentistry National Conference, Common Risk Factors Approach: The Role of Policy, Programs and Research

Deadline June 15, 2017

What does dental decay, diabetes and obesity have in common? These conditions all share the same common risk: a sugar-rich diet. The same can be said about poverty and its array of implications. Key note speakers, decision makers, dental public health community, students, researchers and those in the field will lead us through an exciting program focusing on the common risk factors approach.

This conference will foster health care policy discussions in finding ways to develop and implement integrated oral health care within a broader common risk approach.
