2nd Atlantic Summer Institute on Healthy and Safe Communities

This year's event, with the theme "Finding Common Ground: Creating a Healthier and Safer Atlantic Canada," will again bring together participants from diverse sectors to build skills, share tools and models, network, and enjoy a taste of PEI summer.

The 2005 Atlantic Summer Institute on Healthy and Safe Communities is co-sponsored by the Atlantic Health Promotion Research Centre and the Atlantic Centre of Excellence for Women's Health, and is being supported under the Government of Canada's National Crime Prevention Strategy. Hosts for this year's Institute are the UPEI Centre for Life Long Learning and the PEI Health Research Institute.
