"The Best Practices in Cardiovascular Health Promotion and Stroke Prevention Project of Ontario's Heart Health Resource Centre (2002-2003) was established to identify practices to recommend to Canadian health promoters based on a review of the recent literature and a systematic scan of practices nominated by key informants.
