Seeks a dynamic Executive Director with innovative leadership skills, a proven commitment to social equity and community development and a minimum of 5 years senior management experience. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the incumbent acts as the Chief Executive Officer responsible for the effective and efficient operation of the administration of the Centre. Within the policies set by the Board, the Executive Director is accountable for all program delivery, staff performance and financial management.
The successful candidate will have a professional designation in a related discipline, together with a proven track record in the non-profit sector. You bring exceptional communication and leadership skills, extensive program development and implementation knowledge, and strong administration and financial skills. The starting salary is in the $45-50,000 range with a comprehensive benefits package.
