Development and Collaborations Co-ordinator - one year, full-time, renewable contract

The Guelph Community Health Centre provides primary care and community health programs from a determinants of health perspective, focusing on young children and their families. We work with those experiencing barriers to health such as new immigrants, those living on low incomes, and people with special needs. We are moving to a larger facility in the near future, co-locating with other health and social service agencies.

Working closely with volunteer committees and reporting to the Executive Director, the successful candidate will be required to:

1) plan, lead and execute the implementation of a marketing and fund development strategy to generate community awareness and financial support for the Centre, and

2) facilitate the planning and implementation process for integrating services, programming and building systems among the agencies located in the new facility.
