Public Health Nurses, Healthy Babies, Healthy Children Program, Middlesex-London Health Unit

The Middlesex-London Health Unit has full-time, part-time and temporary positions available for BScN graduates with current CNO registration and experience in home visiting.

The HBHC program provides assessment for pregnant women, new mothers, and families with children up to age six; a phone call from a public health nurse to every new mother shortly after the birth, offering information and a home visit; home visiting services by a public health nurse or lay home visitor for families who would benefit; referrals to community services such as play and parenting programs; and child care services, for all families with children up to age six.

The ability to speak French or other languages would be an asset.
