Public Health Nurse, Vaccine Preventable Disease Team, Middlesex-London Health Unit

The Middlesex-London Health Unit has 1 temporary full-time opening (August 15, 2005, to October 20, 2006) for a Public Health Nurse on the Vaccine Preventable Disease Team. Duties for this position involve organizing and administering immunizations at schools, community, and health unit clinics. The successful candidate will follow case and contact management of some vaccine preventable diseases.

Requires B.Sc.N. with current C.N.O. registration. Previous experience in administering vaccines would be an asset. Must be willing to complete Vaccine Preventable Disease Orientation program. The ability to communicate in French or other languages would also be considered an asset. Please see for further information.
