New LHIN Legislation Analyses

The Ontario Health Coalition has released their analysis of Bill 36,
the legislation to implement Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs).
According to the coalition, the legislation centralizes control over
the health system by the Minister of Health and Long-Term Care rather
than creating a regional health system.  See Ontario Health
