Partnerships for Tomorrow Program, Phase II

The Partnerships for Tomorrow Program Phase II (PTP II), funded by the
Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and administered by
the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada, is a small
travel grant mechanism designed to contribute to the democratic and
economic reform process in the countries of the Balkans, Central Asia
and Eastern Europe.

The program supports small projects, up to a maximum of $10,000, which
aim to build and strengthen partnerships and linkages between Canadians
and citizens of the Balkans, Central Asia, and Eastern European
countries. These long term relationships will facilitate the capacity
development of individuals and institutions in the Balkans, Central
Asia, and Eastern Europe while developing Canadian expertise in working
within the region.

Each project must respond to the following criteria including the
establishment of sustainable partnerships, the sharing of knowledge,
and ensuring that the activities complement CIDA's programming
priorities.

Organizations wishing to learn more about this program should visit our website at http://www.ptp2.ca/. The program processes a round of applications each month.
