Are you front-line staff, a practitioner, an administrator or a policy
advisor / analyst interested in gaining a better understanding of Harm
Reduction and in implementing Harm Reduction policies and practice
within your organization and community? You will find our 24-hour
non-credit course in "Harm Reduction" very appealing because it is
designed to introduce you to the basic principles, philosophy and
application of Harm Reduction. It will also give you a better
understanding of Harm Reduction and of how to implement Harm Reduction
policy and practice within your organizations and communities.
Upon completion of the four-day course you will receive a Letter of
Attendance from York University in Harm Reduction. Please note that,
upon completion of this course, you are eligible to receive 24-hours of
Continuing Education Credits from the Canadian Addiction Counsellors
$495 plus GST (this includes all program materials)
