Communications & Marketing Manager, Roots of Empathy

The Communications & Marketing Manager will lead a system of
activities to support the planning, promotion and distribution of the
organization's services. As such, the Manager will be directly
responsible for developing and implementing communications and
marketing strategy, and will be a major contributor to the design of
information systems to gather and analyze data about stakeholders and
potential stakeholders.

The focus of the role will be to develop short and long-term plans for
the Communications & Marketing Department, and to train and manage
staff in consistent procedures to implement those plans. Marketing and
communication policies and procedures must be well established, and
need continual monitoring for currency, effectiveness and efficient use
of resources.
