The objective of this workshop is to review strategies and tactics for
"making the case" for health promoting initiatives such as community
engagement, access to services, affordable housing, and violence
prevention to decision makers in government, foundations, private
sector funders and within your own organization. By the end of
the workshop, participants will be able to select the most pertinent
evidence to support their initiative and develop a strategy for
presenting this information to decision makes.
The workshop is for individuals (middle managers/program managers) who
develop, prepare, and/present "the case" for health promoting
initiatives to decision-makers.
