The Ontario Healthy Community Coalition (OHCC) produces educational
resources, facilitates a province-wide network and provides training
and support services to community groups and coalitions using a Healthy
Communities approach. Please see our website for more information

OHCC has an opening for an Administration and Financial
Coordinator.  Reporting to the Executive Director, the successful
applicant will plan, deliver and coordinate accounting, payroll and
office operations for OHCC.

Summary of Key Duties

  • Manage accounting and payroll functions
  • Prepare and submit financial reports as required
  • Maintain and coordinate office operations
  • Provide administrative support to the Board and staff
  • Provide services and products in the areas of knowledge exchange and translation

Skills and Knowledge

  • Post-secondary education in computerized accounting
  • At least 2 years experience in financial and office administration
  • A high degree of computer literacy, with knowledge of QuickBooks, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and Internet Explorer
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate in French and English is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, take initiative and assume responsibility
  • Excellent organizational skills
