Project Manager, Public Health Core Competencies, City of Hamilton

The City of Hamilton currently has an opportunity in our Public Health
Services Department, Planning and Continuous Improvement Division.

Skilled in providing leadership in the development and implementation
of a competency-based framework, you will ensure our public health
workforce has high-quality, consistent, and portable skills to improve
services and respond to emerging trends. You will conduct needs
assessments, prioritize gaps in education, and identify resource
requirements and project risks.

Your degree in business or public administration is complemented by
demonstrated proficiency in project management, business planning,
fiscal management, performance measurement, and evaluation. Your
ability to facilitate large-scale change management is supported by
post-secondary studies related to behavioural sciences, instructional
technology, adult education or process improvements. A highly effective
and persuasive communicator, you have success building support for
corporate goals and implementing programs across large organizations
and multiple business units. Solid computer skills are essential.
