Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario Community Advocacy Fund

The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario has launched an exciting
initiative designed to help increase the level of physical activity in
elementary schools. With 26% of Canadian children aged 2 to 17 years
overweight or obese, we need to act now to help kids get on track to a
healthy weight.  The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario is
eager to work more closely with communities around this important
issue.  As such, the Foundation has established the Community
Advocacy Fund, which offers grants to community and school groups that
are seeking support for their advocacy efforts on physical activity.
Grants are available for up to $2000, $5000, and $25,000.

To access the Community Advocacy Fund application form, visit the Heart
