Program Coordinator, Ontario Chronic Disease Prevention Alliance

The mission of the OPHA is to provide leadership on issues affecting
the public's health and to strengthen the impact of people who are
active in public and community health throughout Ontario.

The project coordinator is responsible for coordinating several chronic disease prevention
projects including managing a CDP database, evaluating projects,
planning workshops and providing support to the OCDPA workgroups and
other projects as required.
