Manager, Health Protection Division, Clinical Services Department, Windsor-Essex County Health Unit

Position Summary/Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Health Protection, the Manager, Clinical
Services Department, will be responsible for the operational management
and strategic leadership of all aspects of public health clinical
services and community follow-up.  The Manager will actively
uphold the agency's mission, vision, and value statements, and assume
other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Health

Position Qualifications

The position requires a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, a certificate
of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario or eligibility
for the same and experience in the public health field.  Previous
supervisory experience with proven human relations, planning, and
communication skills are also required for this position.  A
Master's Degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration would be a
definite asset.  Bilingualism will be considered an asset.

The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit offers a competitive salary and
