New Report--Nursing Environments: Knowledge to Action

The Applied Research and Analysis Directorate is pleased to announce
the release of the this research project led by Dr. Michael Leiter of
Acadia University.  The objective was to explore the knowledge
transfer and utilization of six national policy reports and their
recommendations within Atlantic Canada nursing environments. A key
research question was whether nursing human resource issues and quality
of work life improved as a result of the recommendations.

This research was funded by ARAD's Health Policy Research Program
