Overview of the Session

This session will provide an overview of naturalistic driving studies
and why they are an important additional tool for understanding crash
causation.  An overview of the 100 Car Naturalistic Driving Study
will be provided followed by an in-depth discussion of the results
obtained regarding driving distraction and its impact on relative
crash/near-crash risk.
