Request for Information--Environmental Scan of Canadian Resources Suitable for Youth, LIN

LIN (the Lifestyle Information Network) is working on an environmental scan of Canadian resources suitable for youth aged 13 - 18 that address the following issues:
Self-mutilation, Body image/self-esteem, Healthy relationships, Sexuality, Dependency (tobacco, alcohol, drugs), Eating disorders, and General mental health issues.

If you can recommend any reading material that would be useful, please let us know. We are also interested in finding national, provincial or local organizations that provide counselling or referral services on these topics.  The local communities of interest to us are
