Dr. Malcolm Sparrow, one of the world's top experts in risk management and the reduction of harms, is Professor of the Practice of Public Management at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, Chair of their Master of Public Policy Program and Chair of their Executive Program on Strategic Management of Regulatory and Enforcement Agencies.     

An autographed copy of Sparrow's new book, The Character of Harms: Operational Challenges in Control,  is included with your registration.

Registration Fee

  • Early bird fee is $495 plus GST by October 17, $545 plus GST after October 17.
  • Registration is fully refundable up to November 5, substitutions accepted after November 5.
  • Tables of six are available for $2475.00 before October 17.
