Healthy Communities Through Women's Eyes

WE (Women & Environments) International Magazine is interested in exploring the issues of women and healthy communities. What makes a healthy community for women; how are women specifically affected how can women contribute.

Healthy or sustainable communities have been a growing field of study over the last decades. Healthy communities, a holistic vision, aim to improve the quality of life for all members and to restore a sense of belonging to people, alienated by growing economic, social and environmental concerns that by now have reached global proportions.

WE (Women & Environments) International Magazine is looking for submissions from both North, South, aboriginal and minority communities containing and sharing analyses, theories, cross cultural comparisons, creative initiatives, projects and processes that address women's concerns/needs in creating healthy communities.
