1) Revised Deadline for RFP: Creative Agency, Healthy Weights Toolkit

Last week we posted an RFP for Creative Agency, Healthy Weights Tool Kit, with an incorrect deadline. Proposals are due on November 8 (not November 25). To view the corrected posting, visit http://www.ohpe.ca/ebulletin/Job.cfm?ID=900&ROWNUMBER=1&Sort=JobPostings... CURRENT.

2) This week's feature

This week's feature article on best practices in tobacco control comes from the Program Training and Consultation Centre. In their introduction they note that "practitioners need easy access to information about what has already been implemented and whether it was effective. They need to know whether resources exist before developing their own, and they need to know how to access these resources."

If you have a resource or point of view to add to this article, let us know by writing to editor@ohpe.ca. More information on our Letters to the Editor column can be found in the OHPE News section of OHPE 268.0 (http://www.ohpe.ca/ebulletin/ ViewAnnouncements.cfm?ISSUE_ID=268&startrow=1).
