This week in OHPE 404.1, we have an article on the Self-Help Resource Centre's Empowering Stroke Prevention Project--Peer Support Strategy for Chronic Disease Prevention by Erin Gilgan, and Jennifer Poole. They write "A one-year pilot, the goal of the project was to help prevent stroke in at-risk and under-served communities in Ontario by using peer support, self-help, and empowerment strategies. " If you have a resource or point of view to add to this article, let us know by writing to editor@ohpe.ca.
